The Confidence Coach Who Finally Ditched the Good Girl Act.
You're not stuck.
You're just ready for a reset.
A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Susan - former corporate high-achiever turned confidence coach, author, speaker, and recovering people-pleaser...
I help women rewrite their rules, take up space, and finally stop living life on someone else's checklist.
You know that moment in every makeover movie where the main character looks in the mirror and finally sees herself?
Yeah. That's the energy.
I spent over a decade leading HR in boardrooms where I was either the only woman, the youngest voice, or the one desperately trying to politely hold in an eye roll. I ticked all the boxes; job title, salary, success (or a version of it!)...but underneath it all?
Messy. And totally disconnected from who I really was.
So I did the scariest (and most fabulous) thing imaginable: I walked away from who I was "supposed" to be and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
Now? I help women do the same.
Here's what I want for you:
-
To stop people-pleasing like it’s a full-time job
-
To ditch the guilt around wanting more
-
To feel confident AF—even when things feel messy
-
To stop waiting for permission to take up space
-
To remember who you are (and fall in love with her)
Through courses, coaching, and unapologetic truth-telling, I’ll help you become the most fabulous version of you. No filter needed.
